QUESTIONS FOR "CHRISTIANS" Concerning the Supposed Coequality of Jesus with God. How could Jesus have been "coequal" with God when he answered his mother "wist ye not that I mUst be about my Father's business?" Does not this teach he was, and accepted the position of, a servant to God? If Jesus was "co-equal" with God, why did God inspired Paul write "For it pleased the Father that in him (Jesus) should all fulness dwell." Col. 1, 19? Does not this teach God gave something to Jesus he did not have before? How could Jesus be always coequal" with God when the Bible teaches "The head of every man is Christ, and the head of Christ is God," I Cor. 11, 13, and in the endless future "then shall the Son (Jesus) also himself be subect to him (God) that put all things under him. I Cor. 15, 27-8? These are reasonable questions tc which the ."Truth" gives a reason.able anwer in harmony witlr tne Word o* God. • . „ ,, Free literature settmg forth the "Truth" as opposed to man made "Theology of Christendom" available from H. W. Christie, McDonalc Road, Levin. THE SON OF GOD What the Scriptures have to say concerning the pre-existence of the Son. of God. (Continued). John 3.13. (Christ said) And nc man ha.th ascended up to heaven,
but he that came down from heaven, and the Son of Man which is in heaven. John 6.62. What and if ye shall see the Son of Man as and up to where he was before. John 17. 3-5. And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent. I have gldrified thee on the earth. I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do. And now, O Father, GLORIFY THOU ME WITH THINE OWN .SELF WITH THE GLORY WHICH I HAD WITH -THEE BEFORE THE WORLD WAS. R'eader, the Scriptures give abundant evidence to the pre-existence of the Son of God. For proof read the Scriptures With your eyes open.
