WELLINGTON, April 27. The Auckland report coneerning the ratings from H.M.N.Z.S. Bellona did not coiTec'tly state the position, said the Minister of Defenee, Hon. F. Jones, tonight. The repoi't gave the impression that 100 ratings had deeided nof to return- to the ship. The faets were that Anzac weekend leave was given to the whole of the ship's company of a'bout 600 and at preseut 36 had overstayed their leave.
