The purchase price thereof is £450 payable by annual instalments' of £50 over a period of nine years. The rate of interest to be paid on the balance of the purchase mpney that may for the time being outstanding is 3£ per centum per annum. DESCRIPTION OF LAND Lots 1, 2, 3, D.P. 2710 of section 233 Township of Sha'hnon, Plimmer Terrace and interest in Right of Way containing 25.5 perches. All persons who object to the proposal to pay the aforesaid purchase money by the instalment system are hereby notified that objections in writing to or petitions a^ainst the approval bejng granted must be lodged with the Minister of Internal AfTairs, Wellington, within 21 days from the first publicgtion of this notice.
