* Received Monday, 10.30 a.m. NICOSIA, April 20. Colonel W. H. Wibdecomb, commanding officer of the Caraoles Camp, where Jewish illegal immigrants have been on a hunger strike since April 18, said he had requested his immediate transfer to another post. He felt great sympathy for the internees, many of whom at present on the quota rate _ for admission to Palestine faced 20 months' internment.
