DANNEVIRKE, This Day. Yielding conditions will prevail at Hastings for the final day of the Haxyke's Bay Jockey Club's fixture tomorrow. Yesterday's track work was full of interest and revealed that Paganini is very forward* and is expected to make amends in Te Mahanga Handicap' tomorrow. Others to show to good advantage in their workout were Night Foe, Mesalliance, Delinqnent, Pola»and Matador. Of those engaged in the open sprint, the Okawa Handicap, Morocco, who ran a great race last Saturday while still short of a race, has certainly benefited by the outing. He should be a strong public fancy. Trig Point, Karachi, and Theiolyn are other prospects. Other meetings to be decided tomorrow are Bay of Plenty, Southland, Nelson, South Canterbury and the concludirig day of the Manawatu Trotting Club's fixtux*e at Awapuni.
