Received Wednesday, 8.35 p.m. LONDON, April 16. A financial statement discloses that the British national debt on March 31 totalled £25,612,487,000 compared with £23,270,862,000 a year ago. The net total internal debt (Government securities, Treasury hills ahd deposits, national savings, etc.) was £24,843,539,000.
