With Johnny Weissmuller in liis first "full dress" part, starring, and Buster Crabbe, Virginia Grey and Carol Thurston included in the cast, .it is inevitably that this picture should contain all the elements which movie fans go for. When a • glamorous lady cop, a bewildered newspaper reporter rnd a discharged war dog get mixed up with a tough racketeer, anything can happen — and does' in the new 20th Century-Fox comedy farce, "It Shouldn't Happen to a Dpg," second attraction at the Regent Theatre.
