The Conservative landslide in the Prefectural Elections of governols. mayors and heads of townships and villages on April 5 became more pronouhced today when the returns were received from 9000 small towns and villages. A11 incomplete tabulation shows the following results: Independents, whereof the majority are conservative, 7672; Conservative Parties? 808; _ Social Democrats, 2.75; Minor Parties, 106; Communists, 16. Returns have not yet been rer ceived from 1108 comniunities.
