Requests t'or baii and suppression of naiue were : refused ' The dates of the alleged thefts fanged from February 5, 1945, to Janu ary 23 oi this year. A statement by accused wrhieh was read to the Court, admitted that the amounts had beeu taken from patients' property accounts duri'ng his term as patients' .prqperty ofiicer. He eould not now aecount fpi them.
