General de Gaulle, at an unveiling ceremony at Htrasbourg, left liis dis tinguished audience in no doubt as to the orientation he might be expected to wish for French foreign policv, says the Times' Paris correspondent. General de Gaulle said: "United States has shown that, like Franee, it not only loves its own freedom but respects the freedom of others. " The correspondent added that .the implications of this declaration were mot missed by the huge erowd which had gathered t'ronv Paris and all eastern France.
