JEWS TO PAY FOR DAMAGE TO OIL PLANT
Received Tuesday, 10.50 a.m. JERUSALEM, March 31. A Government information ofRcer said that the Jewish community will have to pay for the damage to the oil installations' at Haifa in the explosions on March 28. "This is terrorism purely and simply," added the officer, "but this time the community irrvolved will have to bear the cost." The Government has announced that the offlcial investigation will be opened on April 2. Technicians estimate that the ffre which followed the explosions will burn for another 48 hours.
