STOKE PIG PRICES DECLINE On account of -the change of day from Tuesday -to Monday, there -were small yardjngs in all sections at the Levin weekly stock sale yesterday, except with pigs. There was a good entry in this section, but the prices of the stores drppped considerably due to the miik goisg to the city supply. Easter poultry was in fair supply a'nd was met by a reasonable demand. The following jg a range of realisations:-— Cattle : Dairy heif ers pn drop, £12, £12 10s to £15 5s; cows on drpp, £12 10s tp 213 15s; fat exdairy, £6 10s to £8 5s; veale'rs, 24 15s, 25 10s to 26 10s. There w.ere no station cattle. Sheep : Fat lambs, 2 4s lfld, 27s 7d, 29s lOd to 31s lOd; fat wethers, 33s 4d, 35s lOd to 36s 4d. No stores were entered. Pigs: Porkers, 23 5s, ,23 l§s, 24 TOs to 25 7s 6d; light stpre wea'm ers, 7s 6d to 10s; medium, 12s 6d, 15s to 20s; heavier, 30s tP 37s 6d. .
