BRITISH OFFICER KILLED
Received Sunday, 7 p.m. JERUSALEM, March 29. One British officer was killed and one wounded when five .Tews lired on a British party riding horses along the road near Lvdda. The Royal Xavy intercepted a refugee ship Yarrving 1 000 iiiegal immigrants, and the ship is being escorted to Haifa. A boarding party was nol opposed.
