RETURNS OF LAND EVERY person and company, whether a taxpayer or not, being the owner of land in New Zeal land within the meaniiig of the j Land and Income Tax Act, 1923, and Regulations thereunder is hereby required to furnish on or before the 10th April, 1947, in the prescribed form, a return of such land as at 12 noon on 31st March, 1947, where the total unimproved value, as assessed under the Valu'ation of Land Act, 1925, exceeds £500.
