Received Saturday, 11 a.m. WASHINGTON, March 28. The 111 mine workers who were killed by the mine explosion in Centralia on March 25 were "murdered by the criminal negligence of the Secretary of the Interior, Mr. Krug," declared John L. Lewis, president of the United Mineworkers, testifyingf today before the Senate Public Lands Sub-commit-tee. Mr. Lewis added that Mr. Krug had failed to enforce the law and safety code.
