POWER FROM THE SEA
Received Monday, 7.20 .pvm. LONDON, Mar-. 17. ' Moscow radio has reported that tests in using the foree of the sea to produce electric power were successfiilly made at Leningrad. The apparatus consists of a generator in a drum anehored in the sea. The drum, when the tide reaches a certain level, begins to rotate, setting the generator in motion. v The radio elaimed that the inventiori could produce up to 1100. kilowatts. -
