band display in otaki Sir, — May I once again encroach on your valuable space to thank all those bands and the people who assisted at' the recent bands' display in Otaki. Special thanks go to the ladies who managed the afternoon tea arrangements, the marching teams, Premier and Broadway (Shannon) and Textiles (Foxton), the Otaki Borough Council, the business men who contributed in donations and goods for the afternoon tea, etc., the Otaki Racing Club, the Legion -of Frontiersmen, St. John Ambulance, Mr. E. J. Cook for the^ broadcasting equipment and everyone without whose assistance it would not be possible to stage such a display. Yours etc.,
