PENICILLIN HELD UP
Received Monday, 7 p.ni. CANBERRA, MaTch 10.' A strike of Amalgamated Engineering Union members in Yictoria is holding up the production of penicillin, aceording to the Minister of Health, Senstor MeKqima. He stated that it had.caused a partial closure of the Australiah glass works which, sinee November, had produced no bottles for the culture of penicillin mould. Bottles Wefd unobtainable elsewhere iii Anstralia and the production of penicillin thfls had to-be curtailed.
