WELLINGTON, Mar. 10. The ships of five coastal companies were without labour, in AVellington today. -Because of the recent arrival of overseas ships, the men were not available to work the smaller vessels except in a few cases where overseas cargo was carried. From three overseas ves sels in Wellington last week the number had risen to seven today. With the departure of two ships on Thursday the waterfront labour situation should be more or less normal again.
