WELLINGTON, March 7. Situation: An extensive anticyclone over New Zealand is moving slowly north-eastwards. Forecast to 5 p.m. Saturday: Moderate northerlies to northwesteries develooing tomorrow. Fine and mild, but cloud increasing in the south Manawatu tomorrow. Further outlook: Rather cloudy.
