Flying Dink sprinted three furlongs lil 37 l-5sec. und Vakura, under restraiut, cojnpleted half a mile iu 54 3-5sec. Ou the plough, Sea Fury liad the edge on Master Robiu over three furlougs iu 35 4-5sec. Bruce and Montosorrie worked over seven furlongs, but did not have mucli specd ou. Bruce looks a picture and is a deiinite starter in the Autiunu Handicap. Colopier shaded Lady Scholar over three furlougs in 35sec. j Howe was allotted steadv work but ' was very tied up although he will probably coutest tlie St. Leger.
