At least 19 persons were killed in New York State and New England a the result of the three days' snowston., which deeply covered the northeasterii States and isolated many towns. Mila supplies for New York Citv are ex pected to drop to 30 per cent. of norma because of transport blockages. Bufl'alo had no milk today as farmers weri unable to transport it. A critical milk shortage threatens Rochester which ;s New York State 's third largest city.
