OTAKI BOWLING RINK VISITS SEATOUN
A rink from the Otaki Bowling Club journeyed to Seatoun at the weekend and tobk part in a tournament there. Aitnough not successful in winning, the rink had a most enjoyable time, being beaten in two games by one point on the last head. The president of the Seatoun Club extended a welcome to all visitors, especially mentioning the Otaki Club. Later in the day Messrs Bartosh and Waish returned thanks, stating how pleased the?. were to take Ihe visir, while they assured the Seatoun Club that the outing had been thoroughly enjoyed. Coxon Rose Bowl Rinks from the Ocaki Railway Bowling Club paid a visit to Castlecliff at the weekend to play for the Coxon Rosebowl. Although defeatsd, the hospitality of the Castlecliff Club was ver^ much enjoyed. Following are the scores, Otaki inks being mentioned first in each case: — Hannah, Dickson, Alf, Knox, A. D.
