Received Monday,. 10.30 p.m. SYDNEY, Mar. 3, A t.hrec'-hour chase by poliee ear.through three suburbs today ended in Gladesyille Park Avliere tlie poliee flred shots at a nian fleeing into the bush. A feAV minutes later the man was arrested In a nearby car were goods including canteens of cutlery, eleetric clock and jewellery which the poliee believe Avere the proeeeds of three robberies early today. Following a smash and grab alarm wireless cars raced along the western highway. As they did so reports ot other robberies gave them the direction of the chase. Finally a patrol ea. headed off a red roadster on the bridge and an arrest followed. Two othei vqutlis were taken into eustody thi? af ternoon.
