Received Tuesday, 11 a.m. LONDON, March 3. After her worst February since 1895, England basked in brilliant sunshine for the first three days of March. London, over the week-end, had two of its sunniest days since August, 1946. Many other towns in other parts of the country recorded upwards of ten hours of sunshine yesterday, when Civil Airlines completed a full day's flying without cancellations, diversions or dellays for the first time during the jpresent winter. Temperatures are still low and many villages remain isolated by snow. Some of them haVe been cut off for upwards of six weeks.
