TRENTHAM TO BE TRANSIT HOUSING AREA WKLLLXUTON, I-Vlj. 28. The broad principles of a scheme to convert part of Trentham military canip to a transit housing area were •agreed upon today by a meeting at thc eamp of representatives of the Ilutt Vallev local bodics, Returned Services Association and the District Rchabilita tion Ofiice. It was estimated that the scheme would cost about £30,000, this expendi ture making available 132 housing units. The money Avould be supplied by the local bodies with each eontribution fixed on a population basis. A reasoriable rental money was expected to be regained in between five and ten years.
