WELLINGTON, This Day. With the Wellington Racing Club's autumn meeting opening at Trentham next week the form of horses racing tomorrow at Masterton, Egmont, Dunedin, MotuKarara and Franklin, will be watched with keen interest as the majority of them are acceptors for Trentham. At both Masterton and Egmont the principal events have drawn good fields and the issues appear very open.

Tlie concluding day of the Wellington Trotting Club's summer meeting at Hutt Park will also be held tomorrow. With a continuance of fine weather the grass track should again be fast and under such conditions first day's form might prove reliable tomorrow. Trotting is gaining in popularity in . Wellington, and another large crowd can be expected tomorrow. Hutt Park is handily situated from the oity— 20 minutes run by bus or car. Considering the short time available at their service the club has executed an excellent job in getting the course and the accommodation ready in time for the meeting. Win and place betting will operate at all meetings. Prospects are:
