TRENTHAM, Feb. 25. With the two leaders D. J. Flynn (Featherston) arnl H. ' .Flynn heads. the King's iifty, one point ahead of King, with several other competi tors separated by only one point and naving excellent chances in the tussle for the first postwar rifle chanipionship of the Dominion. A particularly high / standard oi marksmanship has characterised the meeting, four of the matches being won with possibles including the recon, achievement in the Oanterbury matcli when there were two double range possibles. Today F. J. Jeune (Gisborne) won the Wellington match with a double range (500 and 000 yards) possible in the afternoon, D. P. Donald (Opaki) who had lost grouud earlier, returned' a brilliant possible at 900 yards to win the Southland match.
