The Bill wil'l not say how a week shall be worked but merely declare that it is a lead for all people working under State awards. Whether industries shall work Saturdav mornings or close on that day will be a matter for individual agreement between employers and employees or for application to tlie rndustVial Commission for a variation, of awards. . : • .
