RIFLE SHOOTING

NGATIAWA CLUB The Ngatiawa Rifle Club recommenced its shooting last Saturday after the usual break for seasonal work. A ten shot practice at 300 yards was fired but a bright light with a tricky fish-tail wind caused many inners: The scores resulted as follows: N. W. Monk 48, R. H. Monk 45, A. J. Brown 44, J. Hooper 43, J. A. Monk 42, A. K. Monk 42, L. B. Lewis 41. A. E. Clifton 36, K. H. Clifton 35, C. Henderson 27 and T. P. Monk 22.
