LEVIN SUCCESSES AT MASTERTON SHOW
Several local cottle' and sheep breeders who entered their stock at the Masterton aTmu'al A. and P , Association 'Show last Ffiday and : Saturday were rewarded for their :efforts by being awarded prominent positions on the prize fist. Mr. .Rex Mexted, of Levin, was successM in the Cheviot sheep section jgaining first prize and reserve ,champion in the rain uh'der 21 imonths section, first and seCond in fthe ram lamb section, first, sec'ond and reserve champion in the ewe j under 21 months and second in the iewe lamb class. Mr. D.sL. Corrigan Te Horo,, carried off the Ayrshire champion bull award as well as first and champion in the bull cal-ved prior to1 July 1 19*44 :section. • '
