Personal. Mrs. Patterson and daughter, of Hawera, are among the visitors to Otaki. • Mr. Inia Tewiata arrived in Otaki this morning and was welcomed by several of his old friends. Mr. J. D. Cooksley, who has been on holiday in the Wairarapa, arrived home last night. Mr. J. Ropata is at present in Nelson on account of the serious illness of his sister, Mrs. Stevens, who is in hospital. Mrs. Bowey intends leaving for Nelson shortly on two weeks' holiday. The trip will be made per plane. Mr. and Mrs. D. W. Debreceny, and the former's two brothers, expect to leave for Auckland at the weekend when sword fishing will be indulged in at the Bay of Plenty. The party will travel by plane, Hockey A move is on toot in Otaki to refrom hockey clubs. 1 Visit to Otaki Miss Myrtle Feickert, of India, will give an address at the vicarage, Otaki, on Wedncsday next at 2.45 p.m.
