Received Monday 8.0 p.m. NEW YORTC, Feb. 23. Dr. Enrieo Ferini who is credited with the first successful experiih'eiit in the nuclear chain of r'eaction which led to the development of the atomic bomb, in a speech said atomic power could probably be used in the future to propel ships and aircraft but not motor ears because the car driver would be too close to the atomic unit to he protected against radiation.
