Received Monday, 10;.50 a.m. L'ONDON, Feb. 23. Many Nazi underground leaders are new being arrestpd, in the Byitish and American zones of G'ermany. A joint Anglo -American operation began las.t night and is still going on. Reuter's Frankfurt correspondent says that the underground members have new secret we.apons, oijie of which they could use for Bacteriological warfare. Those arrested include ten former German Army officers and Hans Georg Eidmann, a foTm?? officer of the German High-Com-mand's bacteriological section. A high British intelligence. officer said that Martin 'Bormann, formerly Hitler's deputy, might be qonnected with the movement.
