WELLINGTON, Feb. With the removal of the Waikori from the floating dock this mpriiing, and with the dev.elopment of fair weather and a light portherly, there is a possibility that the Wanganella may be transferred to tljie dock at high tide this afternoon. There may be a last-minute .cancellation of the movement, but officials are confident the plaji wfll be carried out unless .there are unexpected dLevelopments. THje Wanganella has been ready to make the transfer for about a week. The ship is drawihg a feiw inches Less fhan 25 feet of water at the bow.
