WELLINGTON, Feb. 13. Lighty-one fours qualilied for the post-section play in the fours cham- : piousiup at tne Oominion bowting toufney, the section play in. wliich was completed Loday. Conditioiis were again ideal. With the exception of some wliich were watored oveniight, ali the greens were again very fast. Toward 'the close of play a southerly sprang up suggestmg a break in the long spell of dry weather.
