Received Thursday, 9 p.m. SYDNEY, Feb. 13. The deluge whicH has hroken the drought in northwestern hTev/ South Wales, now threatens severe flooding on all northern rivers. A cyclone v/hich ' neared Rrishane this afternoon and *was moving south -at ten miles an hour, may accentuate t'he flood danger on the -horder. The weather hureau has issued flood warnings for the area between Port MacQuarie and Mclntyre. The State forecast is for general rain. Nine inches of rain in',the past, 48 hours have made Mogil on the Barwonj river, the wettest town in New South j Wales. _ Residents are marooned in houses surrounded with muj and water, j Two postmen have not been seen since [ they left town two days ago.
