O Received Thursday, 11.35 a.m. BATAVIA, Feb. 12. The Prime Minister, M. Sultan Sjahrir, has announced that the Indonesian Repuoiican Government wouid issue a general cease fire throughout Java and Sumatra on Feoiuary 15. Other Indonesian sourccs said the cease fire would mark the beginning of the establishmenc of a bloodless stalemate, which the Republicans would be prepared to continue until the Duteh were willing unreservedly to sigii the agreement. M. Sjahrir said he would write formally to the Comrnission General saying that the. Republican Cabinet had rejected the Dutch invitation to sign the agreement as interpreted tc the Minister of Overseas Territories, M. J. A. Jonkman. ^
