Received Tuesdav, 7.1.1 p.m. T0K10, Feb. 10. . Arrangements have been coinpleted under which the occupation authorities will bnv 120,000 bales of burrv topmak ing wool fronx Australia at £21 a bale. OtTicials expect the, lirst shipment of .'50,000 bales will arrive in March. lf the wool arrives before the end» of March it will prevent the closing dc ,»'n of .lapanese mills which are rapidiy running out of stocks.
