Some demonstrators .seized a laurel wreath bearing the United States flag from the tomb of the Unlcnown War rior, and ripped the wreath and the flag to pieces. Students marched to the Hote Milano, where R.A.F. headquarters if establislied, and 'booed and cat-callec and threw stones at the Windows Police rushed tc the Piazza Venezia t( quieten the exowds.
