WELLINGTON, Feb. 11. Tlie New Zealand St. Leger will now be run 011 the first day of the Wellington Racing Club's meeting on March 8, and tlie Korth lsland Challenge Staki; on March 15. This makes it possible for horses to coinpete in the Taranaki Stakes, weight-for-age, at Ncw Plymonth 011 March 10 and the Nonh lsland Challenge Stakes, weiglit-for-age, at Trentham 011 March 15. Wellington Club stewards decided 0*, this at the request of the Taranaki Club.
