Received Mondayy 10.15 a.m. LONDON, Feb. 9. An equatcrial storm drenched the decks of H.M.S. Vanguard while the Royal Party -was attending divine service under an awning under the quai;terdeck, says Reuter's eorrespondent aboard. The Royal party later watched and photographed the tanker Brown Ranger, from Preetown, refuelling the Vanguard with 1000- tons of oif. The Vanguard slowed to ten knots during the refuelling an-d will make up the lost uime tomorrow. The Vanguard is now more than half-way to the Cape. . .
