Mrs. Lloyd was furtlier eliarged, as vendor of tlie property, with proeurhxg 1'roxn Mrs. MeMillan througli her agent, Kruest Merz, a secret payxnent of £3U0 and witli being a party to a selienxe to enter into a secret payxnent of £100 by JMrs. McAlillan so that she would reeeive £100 above the price to be lixed

Cole was charged with procuring Ali's. AlcAlillan to niake a secret payment of £300 to Mrs. Lloyd and as agent for the sale, and with attempting to induce Alrs. AlcAlillan to entei into an arrangenient for xnaking a secret payiuent of £300. Pleas of not guilty on all charges were entered. The hearing has been adjourned.
