POLISH PRESIDENT RETURNED
Received Thursday. 11 a.m. LONDON, Feb. 5. M. Buieslav Bierut, the only candidate for the Presidency of Poland, was re-elected for seven years by 408 votes to 25. M. Nukolajczyk's party cast all the negative votes.
