STALIN REFUSES TO ACCEPT FRENCH DECORATION
Received Wednesday, 10 a.m. • PARIS, FejD. 4. Generalissimo Stalin has refused to accept the Medaille Militaire which the French Government awarded him last month. He has sent a letter thanking France for the gesture, and adding: "Since Lenin's time it has been contrary to cradition that a leader of the Ruslian Government,, or any minister, should accept foreign decorations."
