OTAKI CLUB'S FIXTURE The Otaki and District Horse | Club held a meeting on Wednesday' last. The president stated that the meeting had been called to 'discuss | and make the final arrangements i for the annuai sports meeting, to; be held on the Otaki racecourse on j February 15. An excellent programme has j been drawn up and a very enjoy- ; ?ble day is promised to &11 who i attend. * Children's races, weighr | guessing and chain stepping havej been included in the progiamme. | as well as special events for ponvj club members. . Prize money for the jumping competitions and the walk and gal- ' lop events is excellent, and should 1 uttract large numbers of c-.jmpeti-tors. Novelty . events have also been included and every one attending is assured of a very enjoy able day.
