DANNEVIRKE, Feb. 3. Another drowning occurred in the Manawatu River on Sunday, an eight-year-old girl, Barbara Tilyard, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. Tilyard, of Dannevirke, being the victim. She went into the river with a child c'omoanion, got into difficulties in a deeD hole and disappeared before help was obtainable. ■
