WAR ROMANCES END HAPPILY
To film stars Ulona Massey and Burt Lancaster comes the luck of hundreds of ordinary citizens — a happy ending to romances which began overseas in the recent World War. Illona has announced her engagement to ex-Nuvy flier Jay Kurtz, whom she met during her USO tour of North Africa. Burt Lancaster, obtaining a weekend holiday from Paramount, went to Yuma and married Norma Anderson, a former USO entertainer. They met when Burt was serving in Italy with the forces. Norma, who was a war widrw when Burt first met her, has a small son. Illona Massey and her war-time flier will wed as soon as Illona's mother arrives from Hungnry.
