SYDNEY, Jan. 27. Tlie Xavy Board has called for a report 011 eoifiplaints by 1050 British and Commoiuveaitli oceupation troops in tlie Manoora. Tlie ship left Brisbane after a delay, witli no absentees. The trouble occurred when many of the men defied-the military poliee and weilt ashore without leaVe. Captain A. P. Cousin, the master of the Manoora said that the men who eomplained about overerowding and the lack of amenities were "not real soldiers. " The Manoora had sailed through a cyclone for two days on the trip from Hydney, and the ^katelitis had to be battened down.
