Received Monday, 7 p.m. LONDON,- Jan. 26. After a week during which the temperature dropped helow freezing point, today bronght snow to all Britain. Even Fa-lmouth had a fall and in the home counties farmers had to dig stock out of drifts. Most roads were difficult and many over higher grounds were impassable. Paris reports say the Riviera had its first snow for 100 years.
